Joseph Colussi is a graduate of York University with majors in Economics and Business Administration. He qualified as a Certified Property Manager in 1975 with the Institute of Real Estate Management in Chicago. He's a member of the Real Estate Institute of Canada, a registered broker with the Toronto Real Estate Board, and, for many years, instructed Property Management Certificate courses for the Ontario Real Estate Association.
Jens Brandt is a graduate of one of Germany’s most prestigious engineering programs. He joined V&Y in 2012. In addition to his diverse knowledge of systems and maintenance, he’s earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) from BOMI International, is a Licensed Condominium Manager with the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) and is a registered broker with the Toronto Real Estate Board.
